GIVE TATE A HAND

Tate was born without part of her left arm and throughout her life has overcome many obstacles to achieve her goals. This has made her determination to succeed even stronger with her moto being #NEVERGIVEUP

You can read all about Tate's journey HERE

One of Tate’s dreams is of a Futuristic Star Wars Bionic Hand, as you can imagine these are not cheap and also not available on the NHS. Therefore, our only option is to self-fund, which as a family is just not achievable without the help of others such as yourselves, the cost of the prosthetic, insurance and maintenance programmes makes fundraising the only option for us to #GiveTateAHand.

This is not just about achieving Tate’s dream, this is about changing Tate’s life and improving the quality of her life, giving her confidence and able to live and do things able bodied people take for granted.

Tate has been so overwhelmed by the support for our appeal, that she has agreed that once her dream has been achieved, she will continue with us as an Ambassador to help other disabled children in sport achieve their dreams too!

We have a number of fundraising events in the pipeline, if you would like to get involved,  or if you would like to volunteer to help at one of our events or hold your own event please get in touch HERE

#GOTATE AWARDS

New for 2020! Tate and the team have decided to not only raise money for the #givetateahand appeal  but we are aiming to also help disadvantaged children through sport.

We are aiming to help as many disadvantaged children as possible in the community to help out with the cost of their yearly training fees, kit costs, or help with costs for specialist equipment required to enable them to play football.

The amount of children we can help will of course depend on how much the 2020 tournament makes - so lets make the next tournament a big one!

Clubs across the country are invited to submit players who they think needs our support the most.  A maximum of one player per Club will be awarded on merit and we will contact the successful Club's individually through a vetting process following successful applications received on or before the closing date 31st May 2020.

#GOTATE Awards Available...

Annual Club Membership Award

We will assist with the cost of the Club annual membership up to the cost of £100

Kit Award

We will assist with the cost of a match kit up to the value of £50

Boot Award

We will award a new pair of boots

(studs, astro, indoor or firm ground)

Specialist Disability Equipment
